Harness Assembly

We have years of experience in the harness manufacturing for the telecommunications market, with smaller harness production for the automotive and appliance industry.  For each unit an engineering template is generated, utilizing common template material.  Materials are defined on the production template, and tooling is usually manual in nature.  Testing is done by conductivity or utilizing test stations programmed for each type of unit. 

Packaging of harness units is per customer specification, but because they are usually two-dimensional, we package in boxes with bubble pack in between layers.  Harness units can be shipped by Overnight courier when the volume or weight are not  a potential cost issue.
