International Assembly has worked in joint venture operations with a customer who is a leader in progressive-press metal stamping and die manufacturing. 

We have been able to be the production arm in contracts where dimensional control and SPC quality control have been the norm.    Our operators are highly skilled in metal stamping and die control, and preventative maintenance of equipment to yield excellent results in quantity and quality.

 

Our partnership with the American stamping company provides another area of opportunity within Mexico for higher volume metal stamping with stringent quality control, due to the labor cost savings in direct and indirect cost savings.
