International Assembly runs SMT production on one line with standard application of solder, pick & Place of components, and reflow solder. 

We are in the process of refurbishing the SMT production process to take on greater volumes while continuing to serve the high-mix market. 

We undertake full turn-key assembly of our customer’s product, maintaining inventory control on the production equipment.  Our costs are competitive and our speed and commitment to quality are unsurpassed.

International Assembly also specializes in speed and accuracy on low-volume SMT pilot runs.  We provide a manual assembly procedure built at specialized workstations for lot sizes of 50 or less, with 48 hour turnaround time.  We have sources (i.e. Digi-key) for cut tape small quantities of smt components, useful for pilot runs.
