PCB Through-Hole Assembly

This is the most common area of production for International Assembly.  As the industry has evolved, there are less specialists in this area, where we excel in efficiency and quality.

Our assembly lines are manual, with router document control and initial and first article inspection, prior to automated soldering and visual final inspection.  Units are also tested upon customer demand, by functional testing stations which are available upon request.

Much of the new electronics market has focused on smt-type assembly, while the plated through technology has always been the best for mechanical strength of connection and conductivity.  It will continue to be utilized in higher current designs, where size and weight are overruled by performance. 

This market niche also falls into the title of lower volumes and higher mix, which is the area where International Assembly can be the most competitive.
